With everything you have going on…
It’s nearly impossible to find a minute for yourself.
Finding the time to schedule an appointment, driving there in 5 o’clock traffic between soccer practice and dinner…
ALL while being able to be present and mentally focused for an hour??
Mission: Impossible.
Online therapy is your lifeline.
Telehealth (online therapy sessions) can save you the time it takes to drive to and from a therapy office. With online therapy, you choose the time and the place that’s private, comfortable, and works for you.
Chronically busy?
With online therapy, you can do your session over your lunch break without the hassle of traffic, construction, bad weather, or finding childcare.
Traveling for work?
As long as you’re in New York State, you don’t have to miss your therapy session.
Live far away from a therapist’s office?
No problem! If you have a smartphone or laptop and Internet, you’re good to go!
Have trouble opening up on sensitive topics?
When you’re “on your home turf,” it can be easier to share and connect.
Here’s how it works…
Online therapy sessions are conducted through a HIPAA-compliant and secure platform called Simple Practice.
Before every session, I will send you an email with a private link and a reminder about the date and time of the appointment.
Simply click on the link to enter the virtual waiting room, which resembles a Zoom or Microsoft Teams meeting.
That’s it!
Finally, you can put you first!
Online therapy offers a convenient and secure way to connect with me and address your mental health needs. And it’s just as effective as in-person therapy. It’s been studied a lot, and the research backs that up.
Imagine doing therapy from the comfy couch in your living room… or the privacy of your home office… or even your car (just not while driving).
You can go makeup-free, wear your favorite loungewear, and sip your favorite cup of coffee as you attend to your mental health needs.
Call me now at (315) 520-8234 to set up a phone consultation to see if we’re a good fit to work together or if online therapy is right for you.
